If I were a music journalist, I´d write an article about why La Roux became more succesful than Little Boots.

The electropop album is out June 8th.

I love the track New in Town (especially the Fred Falke remix), but the video for the song is a bit disappointing. I guess the orgy like choreography in the end is supposed to be sexy, but it´s in a weird context (L.A. streets, homeless people, gangs).  Still, I hope Little Boots makes it big, she´s great!

The much-anticipated Little Boots´ debut album comes out in June and here´s a taste, a minimix of the album. The mix starts with Little Boots´ version of The Virgins´ Rich Girls (Little Boots sings about a rich boy).

Here´s another remix of Little Boots´ upcoming single New In Town. (The Fred Falke remix is my favorite). This time The Golden Filter does the job and they really seem to be busy with remixes, it´s the second The Golden Filter remix I´m posting this week.

Human League´s Phil Oakey has been busy lately recording duets with new and old electro artists like Little Boots and Pet Shop Boys. Here he´s with the Pet Shop Boys and This Used To Be The Future, the first track on the bonus CD which comes with the new PSB album Yes.

I can´t wait to hear Little Boots´ upcoming album, the songs that appeared this week are just so promising. This next preview is the most exciting, it´s a track called Symmetry by Little Boots and Phil Oakey (Human League). Sounds like a perfect electro-pop song.
