We Have Band is the latest signing to the cool French electronic music record label Kitsuné, home of Digitalism and Boys Noize. The London based We Have Band describe themselves as a disco-rock trio. There´s something very fresh in their genre blending style, you can hear influences from various 80s acts but not quite know which acts.

A friend of mine, who´s totally into English music scene, recommends Fujiya & Miyagi. Their new album Lightbulbs is out on Monday and the video Knickerbocker came out a couple of weeks ago. The track Knickerbocker starts with lyrics “vanilla, strawberry, knickerbocker glory”, and it´s a perfect example of their krautrock, electronic influenced sounds.

I´ve always liked Stereolab, they are an original, intellectual group. Stereolab´s lounge-indie-electro style, female vocals (sung in French or English) and the use of vintage electronic keyboards create melodic, harmonic pop sounds. The band Solid Gold comes from Minneapolis, Minnesota and will soon release their debut album Bodies Of Water. The track Bible Thumper sounds promising with throbbing basslines and electronic beats. Watch the video to Bible Thumper below.
The Chemical Brothers Electronic Battle Weapon 10 track is brilliant. The “battle weapons” are untitled tracks given out to DJ´s and later the tracks are named. This one has been titled Midnight Madness. The Chemical Brothers Electronic Battle Weapon 10 was Pete Tong´s essential new tune a couple of weeks ago.
I absolutely love This Boy’s In Love by The Presets , Sydney-based electronic duo that creates classic synthpop. The video about repressed homosexual feelings, where 2 guys wrestle in milk is also glorious. It´s directed by Danish director Casper Balsev. The single This Boy’s In Love is officially out tomorrow.
Kleerup, the guy behind the brilliant sounds of Robyn´s "With Every Heartbeat " has his debut album out. Guest include Lykke Li, Titiyo and Neneh Cherry.
