The Rio-based production duo The Twelves is responsible for some of the most talked about remixes last year like M.I.A.´s Boyz and The Black Kids´ I´m not gonna teach your boyfriend to dance. Be My Crush is an unreleased track by The Twelves and it was send to The Juan MacLean for some remix work and then given to RCRD LBL.

Ninjasonik opened for Sinden in New York last week and dropped a remix they did of The Count & Sinden´s Hardcore Girls. The Ninjasonik remix is called Hardcore Art School Girls, it´s produced by Teenwolf and Rufio (from The Death Set) and it´s fun!

Hot New York/ Los Angeles DJ Mia Moretti samples Bounce Camp´s Big Dancin in her Katy Perry remix. The result is a bouncy track!  Bounce Camp is DJ Rolex a.k.a. Mr. Sampo Hänninen, originally from Helsinki, Finland and who now lives and works in Berlin.

This is quite cute and nice, Ladyhawke sings Paris is Burning in French. The French vocal version Paris S’enflamme was included in the Paris is Burning digi-EP which came out last July.

Let´s go back to 2008 and listen to this great Kris Menace remix of Heartbreaker. I think it´s one of the best remixes last year, it fills the quite apathetic Metronomy track with emotions.
